School Holidays Perfume + Candle Making Class – Terms & Conditions

This class is suitable for children aged 5 and up.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult/carer who will remain onsite for the entire duration of the session.

The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising the child and assisting with any tasks as needed.

All materials used are designed to be safe for children, including fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, gluten-free, vegan, and alcohol-free. They aren’t as strong smelling as the fragrance notes used in our normal adult perfume making class, as we want to use something safe, mild and child-friendly, so don’t expect super strong artificial smelling scents.

Our perfume base consists of vegetable glycerine and water — gentle on skin and naturally derived.

While we use high-quality, skin-safe ingredients, a patch test is recommended for children with sensitive skin or known allergies.

By attending the class, parents/carers acknowledge that The Prospect Project is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the use of materials, fragrances, or handling of workshop tools.

One ticket entitles the child to create one perfume bottle, plus access to the decorating station and a charity pink token. One booking PER child. Only ticketed children and their carer will be allowed into the studio. If a sibling wishes to participate, they must purchase a ticket.

Tickets must be booked online prior to the event — no walk-ins.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made outside of the 48 hour window will be issued with a store credit to use.

Photos may be taken during the workshop for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform a staff member on arrival.
- Parents/carers are liable for any damage to property or breakages caused by their child during the event.
