You choose one fragrance from our curated collection of crowd-pleasers, we’ll work with you to create your custom label, and then your candle is listed in The Prospect Project online store for two weeks.
We take care of the pouring, labelling, packing and logistics. At the end of your fundraiser, 40% of total candle sales is donated to your nominated registered not-for-profit organisation.

Our mobile fundraising workshops are perfect for schools, workplaces, community groups, clubs and organisations across Perth looking for something a little different.
Choose a Candle Making or Create-Your-Own Perfume experience and we’ll bring everything needed to run the activity at your venue.

What fundraising options do you offer in Perth?
The Prospect Project offers three main fundraising options: custom fundraising candles, private candle or perfume-making fundraising workshops at our Osborne Park studio, and offsite fundraising workshops at your own venue.
Do you offer school fundraising in Perth?
Yes. Our fundraising options can work particularly well for school communities and P&Cs, provided the nominated recipient meets our registered not-for-profit requirements. Offsite workshops can also be held at your own venue.
How much does The Prospect Project donate?
For eligible fundraisers, we currently donate 40% of total sales from custom fundraising candles, 25% of eligible class fees for in-studio fundraising workshops, or 20% of eligible class fees for offsite fundraising workshops.
Is there a minimum number of people?
For an in-studio fundraising workshop, a minimum of 16 paid participants is required to qualify for the donation. Offsite fundraising workshops require at least 20 paid participants.
There is a minimum order of 20 for our custom fundraising candles.
Can you come to our venue?
Absolutely. Our offsite fundraising workshops allow us to bring the candle or perfume-making experience to your venue. You’ll need suitable tables or surfaces for participants and access to power if required, plus access before and after the workshop for setup and pack-down.
Do we need to be a registered charity?
The organisation receiving the fundraising donation must be an officially registered not-for-profit organisation, and we may request proof of its status before confirming the fundraiser.
How does a custom candle fundraiser work?
Choose a fragrance and we’ll collaborate with you on a custom label. Your candle is then available through The Prospect Project’s online store for a two-week sales period. We take care of production and packing, and after the fundraiser concludes, 40% of eligible sales is donated to your nominated registered not-for-profit.
