You’ve officially found the vault. This is where you book your Private Sniff Session – the magical first step in creating your very own custom candle fragrance.

How It Works

  1. Book it in
    Lock in your $100 booking fee (redeemable off your first order) and tell us your preferred days/times for your sesh.

  2. Get nosy
    We’ll send you our cheeky questionnaire so our scent sorcerers can whip up a personalised shortlist of 10 fragrances. Then we’ll flick you a few booking options to choose from.

  3. Sniff sesh time
    Head to our Osborne Park studio for your booking, BYO drinks, grab some snacks, and smell your shortlist.
    👉 Not “the one”? Don’t stress – you can sniff as many extras as you like from our 400+ fragrance vault.

  4. Lock it in
    Pick your fave, decide how many, and let us know your custom label vibe.

  5. Wizardry commences
    We’ll work our magic, create a mock-up of your label, confirm your order & final quote.

  6. The grand finale
    We hand-pour your signature candles, print your labels, and prep your order. You pay your invoice (minus your $100 deposit), then choose pickup or delivery.

What a year! Just shimmying into your feed to give you a virtual fist bump and cheers as we wrap this sh!t up for 2023 *gestures around* Over 100 workshops hosted, $19,000 donated, numerous cocktails sneakily consumed during classes, a near death experience, a car flying through the studio destroying everything in its path. And a partridge in a pear tree...? I have likened this year to running a marathon - it's been long, hard and rewarding (get your mind out the gutter). My most successful year in business so far, and with the finish line in site, felt like the car crash was the equivalent of breaking both legs with 2kms to go and I've basically slugged across the line. There's nothing more humbling than losing it all and starting over. That's life, isn't it? When you think you've finally got a handle on things the universe comes along and kicks you in the dick. Whilst it may seem to many that I've moved on and things are back to normal, I'm here to tell you I am far from brave and am very much still a work in progress. I am doing exactly what YOU would do, which is just. Keep. Going. The messages of support and encouragement from you all has at times been the only thing getting me through and the fact that you have trusted me with sharing your very own traumas goes to show that you never know what somebody might be struggling with in their life. I am in a position that I have an incredible support system in my family and friends, and choose to share my struggles publicly with you all and in turn you give me so much back. Not everyone is lucky enough to have this support. So as we head in to this silly season, my message to you is to reach out to someone in your life who maybe could use a check-in from you. Who knows, it might be one of the greatest gifts you can give this year. Thanks you for all your support this year and allowing me to live out my dreams. We will be back next Feb, bigger and better than ever. Shan x

We’ve got the perfect formula to whip up your dream fragrance while keeping you thoroughly entertained for 90-120mins so get ready to mix, blend, and twirl – in no time, you’ll be strutting out of that class with a custom perfume that’s as unique as a unicorn in stilettos! Now, if you’re feeling a little more sassy and ready to indulge, our cocktails and candles class is your go-to choice! This fabulous experience will have you crafting your unique candle while sipping on some delightful drinks, all wrapped up in approximately 90 minutes of pure fun and laughter!

Oh, you’ve got that itch for a little scheduling dance, don’t you? Sh*t happens, and so does life, so fear not, master of booking shuffles! We’ve got you covered – we offer one epic change of date/time up to 1 week prior to your scheduled class. Now, we must warn you, this rescheduling extravaganza is dependent on availability – it’s like trying to fit a whole box of cheezels into your gob in one sitting: difficult, but not impossible. Don’t fret though – we’ll work our magic to find the perfect spot for you, just like fitting the last piece in a puzzle. So, if you’re itching to change your booking, just slide on in to our inbox and we will do what we can to make it happen.

NEW CAUSE - Cat Haven “Rescuing Cats from the Perils of the Streets” was the original aim of the Cat Welfare Society when it was established in 1961. Thanks to the efforts of dedicated staff and volunteers over many years we have grown to become Western Australia’s premier cat welfare organisation, trading under the name of Cat Haven. Cat Haven, WA’s largest shelter for homeless, lost and abused cats. Our vision is that every WA cat should be a well-cared for cat and we work towards achieving this by providing: Shelter facilities for lost, abandoned and stray cats; A foster care program that allows sick, injured and shy animals to recover in volunteers’ homes until they are ready for adoption; and A re-homing program at the Cat Haven campus as well as through a network of 23 external adoption centres across the metropolitan area. Cat Haven takes in 7,000-9,000 cats and kittens every year and has a zero euthanasia rate for treatable re-homable cats. We have over 700 members, employ 55 staff and are supported by 71 volunteers who assist at the shelter and over 800 volunteer foster carers. @cathavenau

Bookings are non-refundable and final (#SorryNotSorry). Cancellations must be submitted to us via email at least 24 hours prior. While we *totally* get that shit happens and plans change, we also ask that you be mindful that we’re a small studio offering limited spaces in intimate classes, so we may not be able to fill your seat with such short notice. We’re all about being understanding and flexible, so we offer one magical change of date and time up until 1 week prior to your scheduled class. Now, we do have a tiny little rule – if there’ve been more twists and turns in the date/time than a thrilling roller coaster ride or last-minute cancellations that make our heads spin, we won’t be able to offer a refund or reschedule/credit. It’s like that one time we tried ice skating – things got a bit wobbly! So, remember, open communication is the key! We’re here to work our magic and make your candle making and perfume making dreams come true.If you do need to cancel (up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled class) , you may choose between rescheduling your session to another available date or being issued a store credit to purchase items from our online store. Can’t make it but know someone who can? You’re more than welcome to send a friend in your place. Just advise us (as per above) and let us know your friend’s details.

If you find yourself under the weather and feeling like a melting candle (not the good kind), we appreciate your honesty and doing the right thing by us and everyone else! So, if you’re not feeling your best, it’s all good – just let us know ASAP via email (not Instagram or Facebook, because those platforms can be as unpredictable as a sneeze and a fart at the same time). We’re like scent superheroes, ready to save the day and reschedule your class so you don’t miss out on all the aromatic fun! Because hey, a sniffly nose and creating fragrance magic don’t exactly go hand in hand. So, put on your cozy PJs, brew yourself a cup of soothing tea, and give us a holler. We’ll be here to sprinkle some rescheduling fairy dust and make sure you get to create your candle and perfume masterpieces when you’re feeling like a million bucks again!
