🪩BRAINCHILD BALL 2025🪩 Celebrating the tenth year that @thepirateshipfoundation has put together this incredible event that has raised MILLIONS to help fund research into childhood brain cancer! Pretty much every year I’ve said to Link “how much fun would it be to get all our friends together to come along” and this year as I was contemplating organising a long table lunch for my 40th (in June) nothing felt quite right. Those who really know me, know how much I hate being the centre of attention (shockingly so), so I had the bright idea to put that budget in to getting several tables at this years ball, and putting the focus on this incredible cause instead. Cannot begin to describe the feeling of 40 of yours closest friends having the time of their lives and already saying we’re doing it again next year! If you haven’t already been to this gala, grab your besties and make sure you’re onboard for next year! Shoutout to the dream team for rolling this turd in glitter yet again. It takes a village. Didn’t ever think I’d need to print out a sign for this reason, but during one of our Saturday classes somebody decided to take a sip of the nectar of the gods thinking that it was water. Was it from a gigantic electric wax melter? Yes Was the lid off and the liquid visibly yellow? Yes Does even standing near the unit allow you to feel the heat radiating? Also yes But that didn’t stop our thirsty queen from taking a sip, and so here we are. Please don’t drink our candle wax 🫠
