Private Workshop Terms & Conditions

Hello, fabulous fragrance enthusiasts! We’re thrilled you’re considering a private workshop at The Prospect Project Studio – your olfactory oasis of creativity and one stop shop for everything hands on candle and perfume making.

Before we dive into the scented symphony, let’s go through some terms and conditions to ensure our time together is nothing short of magical!

1. Booking Confirmation: To secure your spot in scent-sation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This lets us set the stage for your unforgettable workshop experience. The final balance and the confirmed number of participants must be settled no later than 1 week prior to the event.
2. We want you to soak up every moment of your fragrance fiesta! However, in the case of staying over the allocated workshop time, an additional charge may apply.
3. Gentle with the Gems: While we believe in empowering your creativity, we also want to preserve our pastel studio for everyone’s enjoyment. As the host, you’ll be responsible for any damages that occur to our beautiful premises, the studio, or any products during the workshop. So, let’s handle things with a gentle touch and keep the magic intact!
4. Your Tidy Promise: We’re all about sparkles and shimmer – but let’s keep them on the creative canvas! As the host, you’ll be responsible for ensuring no property is left behind and that any mess (outside of the reasonable workshop-generated fun) is tidied up.
5. Reschedule and Cancellation: Life can sometimes be as unpredictable as a scent combination, and we get that! If you need to reschedule your workshop, kindly let us know at least 2 weeks before the event. For cancellations, we require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to process a full refund of your deposit.
6. Safety First! While we’ll be swirling with excitement, your safety is our top priority. Please follow any guidelines provided during the workshop and adhere to any safety precautions mentioned by our scent experts.
7. Snap and Share: Capture the magic and spread the scent-sation! During the workshop, we may take some photos or videos for our social media or website. If you prefer to keep your creative genius private, let us know beforehand, and we’ll respect your wish.
8. Age of Scent-seekers: Our workshops are perfect for all ages! However, for participants under 18 years old, please ensure they are accompanied by a responsible adult to make the most of the experience.
9. Ready, Set, Create! With the Ts & Cs in mind, we can’t wait to embark on a fragrance- filled adventure together. By proceeding with your booking and payment of your deposit, you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
